SHIPPING POLICIES
All orders are subject to product availability.
We make every effort to ship your order within 2-4 business days. Out of stock or special order items may delay the ship date. We will notify you if your order will be delayed more than 4 business days.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once you have selected your shipping method on the order page. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
Second day shipments of cold packed products like vaccines and antibiotics will ship Monday through Wednesday ONLY. (Weather permitting)
Next day Shipments of cold packed products like Plasma and Colostrum will ship Monday through Thursday ONLY. (Weather permitting)

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery selected, items ordered, and weather conditions.

Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please contact us to let us know. We will make every effort to get your order to you by the date you request. If we are unable to meet your request, we will notify you immediately.


SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs of orders shipped via US Postal Service Ground Advantage and US Postal Service Priority Service (USPS), and UPS Ground and Express Delivery are based on weight, destination zip code, and delivery method. We have made every effort to provide accurate shipping rates in the checkout process.
Shipping costs of Oversized items, Expedited items, and International shipments are based on dimensional weight, and shipping destination. Our website may not be able to accurately calculate the correct shipping charges for these items. In the event the shipping charges shown on your invoice are not correct, we will contact you with the actual shipping charges for your approval, prior to shipping. These additional ship charges may need to be paid separately. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the shipping costs or methods for your order.

Items which display the OVERSIZED TRUCK logo are oversized and most likely will incur additional shipping charges.

DAMAGED ITEMS
In the even that your package arrives in damaged condition, and/or items inside arrive damaged, please notify us immediately. We may ask you to retain the damaged packaging to help in any claims process we may undertake. Items that arrive in damaged condition due to shipping, will be replaced at no cost to you.


RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We cannot accept any returns on medications, vaccines, or drugs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you with regards to your refund. If the item is returned to us in used condition or the original packaging is opened or damaged in any way, we may not be able to give you a refund. If your item is approved for a full refund we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). SHIPPING OF RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product was defective or damaged in shipping, or the error was on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with products being exchanged for a different size or color, or any reason other than an error on our part. If we made the error, we will pay all shipping costs associated with getting you the product you initially ordered.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item was received in damaged or defective condition please notify us immediately. (Within 10 days). We will ship out a replacement item at no cost to you. We may ask that you return the damaged or defective item to us, but if we do, we will also pay for the return shipping.
